Starters

Homemade Soup of the day served with fresh hot crusty bread roll and butter.

Chilled fresh Melon served with fresh pink grapefruit and orange presented with tangy fruit coulis and refreshing fruit sorbet.

White bait presented with a Tartar dip and served with buttered brown bread.

Creamy Blue cheese and Peppered Mushrooms served on fresh toast with crisp salad garnish.

Fresh Smoked Salomon, Crab and Prawns bound in mayonnaise served with fresh salad presented with buttered brown bread.

Chef’s homemade Pate served with fresh salad and toast.

Main Course

Home roasted Pork served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce served with freshly made pan gravy.

Knuckle of Lamb braised in a garlic and rosemary jus.

Grilled Fillet of fresh Salmon served upon a bed of crisp Mange Tout and encircled with Hollandaise sauce.

Aberdeen Angus steak burger topped with crumbled Stilton sat on a tomato and herb salad.

Chefs Homemade Lasagne served with fried chipped potatoes and garden peas.

Fresh Chicken Breast Naped with a Mild Creamy Peppercorn sauce.

(V) Mixed vegetable and mixed bean curry presented with a poppadum, fried chipped potatoes and garden peas.

Grilled Fresh Whole Rainbow Trout served with a parsley butter sauce.

Desserts

There is a choice of hot dessert served with fresh custard.

A selection of cold sweets served with fresh cream from our dessert trolley.

A selection of English and continental cheeses with crackers, salad and fruit.

Freshly brewed coffee with fresh cream and chocolate or Yorkshire blend tea may be taken as an alternative to a dessert.

Where possible we will serve half portions, but only to children less than twelve years.
