At the Kings Head it is our aim to continue our reputation for serving high quality food and fine wines in a relaxed atmosphere. Our staff are courteous and attentive although not overpowering as we want everyone who visits the Kings Head to be very satisfied with the food and service they receive.

The Kings Head is listed on many web sites across the country for food and accommodation (Opening January 2004) aswell as more local ones. Two main sites we are associated with for promoting the Tees Valley are The Captain Cook Country and Destination Tees Valley.

Accommodation at the Kings Head opened
in May 2004 with the completion of our conversion of two adjoining 17th
Century cottages developed into an eight bedroom guest accommodation with
breakfast area including a specially designed beamed glass roof with fantastic
views of Roseberry Topping and the surrounding moors. There is also be
lounge area, private patio area with water fountain and constantly reserved
car parking with 24hour CCTV. Please visit our accommodation menu option
